Our shipping time can be categorized into two phases as follow:
i). PROCESSING TIME:
Our processing time may take anywhere between:
- 1-2 business days
Please note that holidays and weekends are excluded from business days. Once orders have been shipped, order cancellation and change of address is no longer available. Please see return policy for further instructions.
ii). SHIPPING TIME:
The shipping time refers to the time your order takes from being dispatched to being delivered to your doorstep.
Please note that delivery to remote or non-urban areas would take longer than the average shipping time displayed below.

Please email us if you wish to enquire the average shipping time for a specific country.
Tracking number will be provided to your email when the orders are shipped. If you do not receive your tracking number after 5 business days of placing your order, please reach out to us here.
WRONG ADDRESS / LOST / STOLEN PACKAGES:
We take no responsibility in the input of wrong address, stolen, or lost packages.
Please double check on your shipping address before completing your order and to contact us immediately if your address is found to be incorrect.
Once orders are shipped, there is absolutely nothing we can do to update the delivery address. It is the customer's responsibility to provide us with accurate and complete shipping address for successful delivery.
It is the customer’s responsibility to collect their order from the local post office after a failed delivery attempt. Orders that are not collected in time and are returned to the sender fall outside our responsibility and control.
SHIPPING FEES:
Some countries may not be eligible for the free shipping offer. You can find out if your country has free shipping at the checkout page.
Shipping fees and add-ons such as priority processing and insured shipping are non-refundable.
FAILED DELIVERY ATTEMPT:
Following a failed delivery attempt, it is the customer’s responsibility to collect their order from the local post office within the designated time frame.
Uncollected parcels that are returned to the sender fall outside our responsibility and control.
DELIVERED BUT DID NOT RECEIVE:
Delivery success will be determined by the updates in the tracking system. Your order will be considered successfully delivered according to the tracking information. If, despite a successful delivery update, you haven't received your order, please contact your nearest post office as soon as possible to find out the whereabouts of your order.

We want to get your order to you as quickly and safely as possible. To achieve this, we reserve the right to select and utilize any reputable shipping method or third-party courier company to fulfill your delivery.
Please note that the specific shipping method or courier used to dispatch your order may vary based on your location, dispatch warehouse efficiency, and the fastest available route. As a result, the final carrier may differ from the carrier-specific names displayed at checkout (such as Australia Post Tracked Shipping).
Why do we do this? Regional logistics networks change daily. By remaining flexible with our carrier choices, we ensure your package is processed through the fastest operational network at the time of dispatch. Rest assured, any alternative carrier chosen will always match or exceed the estimated transit times of the service selected at checkout.
